Positive, helpful staff. Nice store layout with a few convenient parking spots right in front. Good selection of all pet essentials. There’s a ‘groomingdales’ wash and dry facility which is perfect for apartment folks with dogs, I think.

The staff here is really friendly and eager to help. I took my two stinky boys here to have a bath and they provide towels plus shampoo for the dog bath station. For $10 each, I can save the headache of bathing my dogs in the bathtub and avoid getting dog fur everywhere. At the end when I went up to the counter to pay, the staff had put together a little bag of freeze dried liver treats for my pups. Out of all the Bosley’s stores that I’ve been to, this one is my new favourite store.

Very helpful, very friendly. I always feel welcome. We stop by for water, toys and treats, and have used their puppy baths a number of times. Great place, and my dog always wants to stop by when we’re walking past on the way to the dog park.

Whether I’m looking for healthy food options, fun toys, or advice on grooming, they always go above and beyond to help. Their selection of natural and specialty products is impressive, and I appreciate that they carry items tailored to specific needs (like for puppies or dogs with sensitive stomachs). Plus, the in-store promotions and loyalty rewards are a great bonus! Highly recommend Bosley’s to any pet owner who wants top-quality products and amazing service. My dog actually gets excited when we pull into the parking lot—he knows he’s in for a treat!

I come regularly to use the dog wash. It's such a great setup, so much easier than wrangling my big pup into the bath at home! Staff is always friendly and spoils my pup with lots of treats :)
